5% Cash back promotion – DTB Platinum Credit Card

• The 5% cashback is applicable at two merchant types:

  • Leading Supermarkets in Kenya.

  • Restaurants and Bars in Kenya categorized as “Eating Places & Restaurants” by Mastercard in their Merchant Category definition.

• Cashback is capped at Kshs. 250 per merchant category per month per Primary Card. This means that the customer can earn a maximum of Kshs. 500 per month (Kshs 250 in supermarkets + Kshs 250 on restaurants) at a card account level.

• Cashback is cumulated at a Card account level i.e. All Primary and Supplementary card spends are included in the maximum cap of Kshs 250 each per merchant category per month.
