DTB account holders registered for mobile banking. Use WhatsApp on the mobile number registered with the bank. Not yet registered? Visit any branch or apply using the Mobile Banking form.

Call us immediately on 0719 031 888 / 020 2849 000 to secure your account. Once you have a new device, submit your duly filled and signed Device Change Form to the bank for reactivation.

Only use +254 790 382 222 and check that "Diamond Trust Bank" has the green verified-business tick. DTB will never ask for your PIN or OTP in a chat message.

Select "Opt Out of WhatsApp" on the menu. Your profile is removed from WhatsApp Banking immediately and you will no longer be able to transact on it.

Yes. Message "Hi" to +254 790 382 222 again and follow the onboarding steps to re-activate the service.

Yes. All financial transactions require your mobile banking PIN. Forgot it? Reset it via the DTB app or *382#, or visit any branch with your National ID.

Fill in the Device Change Form (see Documents & Forms) and submit it to any DTB branch. The bank will carry out due diligence and activate WhatsApp Banking on your new device, and confirm once done.
