- Enter your corporate code, User ID, and mobile number.
- Answer the security questions. You will be redirected to input the OTP sent to your mobile.
- Enter the OTP and submit. Once successful, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Login to the i24/7 portal and enter your corporate code and User ID.
- Select "Forgot password" and submit.
- Re-enter your corporate code, username, and mobile number in the 254 format.
- Answer the security questions. You will be redirected to input the OTP sent to your mobile.
- Enter the OTP, then enter and confirm your new password.
