- Select pay bill.
- Select KIWASCO.
- Enter Invoice/meter number.
- Select currency and enter amount.
- Select the DTB account to make the payment from.
- Confirm payment details.
- Enter PIN to authorize the payment.
Log in to M247 app and follow the steps below.
- Tap on ‘pay a bill’.
- Select KIWASCO.
- Enter invoice/meter number.
- Select currency and enter amount.
- Select the DTB account to make payment from.
- Confirm payment details.
- Enter PIN or biometrics to authorize the payment.
Visit any DTB branch and ask to make payment to KIWASCO. Provide the following:
- Invoice from KIWASCO.
- Provide DTB account number (If applicable. If not, proceed to the next step below).
- Present cash.
- Teller will process the transaction and will issue a receipt.
