Complementary Emergency Ambulance Services
DTB Elite customers can access complementary road emergency ambulance services under the account, subject to terms and conditions.
The complementary service includes ambulance emergency drugs, medical personnel, wear and tear and fuel for rescues within 30 kilometres of an E-PLUS centre countrywide.
For calls beyond the 30-kilometre radius from the nearest designated ambulance location, a charge of KES 85 per kilometre applies.
Waiting time beyond the initial one hour attracts an additional charge of KES 1,000 per hour.
Personal Accident Insurance Cover
Death benefit: up to KES 100,000.
Permanent Total Disability benefit: up to KES 100,000.
Medical Expenses benefit: up to KES 50,000.
Cover is subject to the insurer's policy terms, conditions, exclusions and claims requirements.
