Manager, Product Innovation & Process Optimization Department (PIPO)
Role Purpose:
As the Bank continues to advance its product innovation agenda and strengthen its market presence, we are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will take charge of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from uncovering opportunities and shaping customer needs to delivering innovative solutions that drive growth. Success will require balancing strategic vision with hands‑on execution, ensuring products not only meet market demands but also comply with regulatory standards and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Beyond product delivery, you will champion cross-team collaboration, secure executive sponsorship, and provide leadership through staff training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product lifecycle including opportunity assessment, feature development, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.
Conduct market and customer research to identify needs, validate product viability, and act as the voice of the customer.
Drive business oversight through competitive analysis, pricing strategies, financial modeling, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Champion innovation by leading initiatives and optimizing existing products to deliver impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal control units, engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to define customer segments, prioritize initiatives, and deliver impactful solutions.
Lead teams by securing executive sponsorship, training staff, and fostering continuous learning to build high-performing teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline, providing a strong foundation in Product design, development and core business management principles.
At least 5 years’ work experience, 3 of which should have been in a similar capacity with a proven track record.
Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing

Able to work independently and manage both short-term deliverable and longer-term objectives in a dynamic work environment
A logical and solution-oriented thinker with a practical approach to problem-solving and delivering outcomes
Clear and professional communication skills, with a good command of both spoken and written English
Proficient in standard computer applications, with the ability to prepare clear, well-structured reports and presentations
