    *382# and follow the steps below.

    • Select Pay Bill
    • Select E-citizen
    • Enter Invoice Number
    • Enter Amount
    • Confirm Payment Details
    • Enter Pin to authorize the payment
    • Complete the transaction on the E-citizen portal. Click complete

    2. DTB m24/7 app

    Log in to M247 app and follow the steps below.

    • Select Pay Bill
    • Select E-citizen
    • Enter Reference Number
    • Enter Amount
    • Confirm Payment Details
    • Enter Pin to authorize the payment
    • Complete the transaction on the E-citizen portal. Click complete

    3.DTB Branch:

    Visit any DTB branch and ask to make E-Citizen payment. Provide the following:

    • Bill Reference Number
    • Provide Account Number (If applicable. If not, proceed to the next step below)
    • Present Cash
    • Teller will process the transaction and will issue a receipt
    • Complete the transaction on the E-citizen portal. Click complete
